Last week OpenAI launched ChatGPT Canvas, an interface that displays text, code, and visualization outputs. In the enterprise, we rely on more structured, trusted UX elements -- record details, lists, dropdowns, dashboards. Salesforce Page Layouts and Dynamic Forms control how components are presented, but it's time-consuming and hard to...

New short course: Collaborative Writing and Coding with OpenAI Canvas! Explore new ways to write and code with OpenAI Canvas, a user-friendly interface that allows you to brainstorm, draft, and refine text and code in collaboration with ChatGPT. In the short course, created with OpenAI, and taught by , a research lead at OpenAI, you’ll learn to use Canvas to enhance your workflows. Canvas lets you go beyond simple chat interactions. It provides a side-by-side workspace where you and ChatGPT can edit and refine text or code collaboratively. This makes brainstorming, drafting, and iterating as you write feel more natural and effective. As the first major update to ChatGPT’s visual interface since its launch in 2022, Canvas gives a new, innovative approach to collaboration with AI. For instance, after writing the first version of your code, Canvas can review it and give suggestions for improvement. It can also help with debugging by adding logging, identifying problems to fix, and writing comments. In addition, you'll also learn what it takes to train the model for an interface like Canvas. In this video-only short course, you’ll: - Learn how to ask for in-line feedback and control the iteration of your work by directly editing selected areas of your text or code from the model’s output. - Learn how to access quick automation tools in a shortcut menu that allows you to modify your writing tone and length, enhance your code, and restore previous versions of your work. - Learn how to use Canvas as a research assistant tool with an example of asking the model to reason through the screenshot of a plot to write a research report, in which you can ask questions within the created report. - Ask the model to write Python code to replicate the graph seen on a screenshot image. - Go behind the scenes of how you can create a video game, such as Space Battleship, from scratch, edit it, and display it in one self-contained HTML file. - Get a real-world application example of creating a SQL database from the image of its architecture. - Understand the model training and design processes that power Canvas! ⚡️We are excited to announce that our new no-code Enterprise Platform is NOW available in private beta! As RAG apps advance from prototype to production we’ve been overwhelmed by requests for an enterprise grade solution to provide these applications with the data they need. Designed to make it easy to get your data #RAGready, our Platform can preprocess more than 25 file types and soon will be fully #multimodal, also able to ingest audio, video and image files. We ship with a baseline suite of source connectors, including Amazon Web Services S3, Microsoft Azure Blob Storage, OneDrive, SFTP, Databricks Delta Table, Google Drive, Salesforce, Elastic, OpenSearch, and Google Cloud storage with many more fast following. Platform transforms your documents into a standardized JSON schema, broken down into semantically coherent elements allowing you to reconstruct your document in the manner most useful to you. Want only the narrative text but not the headers and footers? This is entirely configurable through the UI. Additionally, we generate more than 30 types of metadata for each element to make it easy to curate the data being written downstream and to support metadata filtering during retrieval. Smart chunking and the ability to choose from a range of embedding models are in from launch, delivering a turnkey solution for chunk and embedding experimentation. As for destination connectors, we've got that covered too, with Amazon Web Services S3, Pinecone, Chroma , Weaviate AI Database, Google Cloud storage, MongoDB, Microsoft Azure cognitive search, PostgreSQL, Elastic, OpenSearch, and Databricks Delta Table. And of course, all of this can be scheduled to keep your data continuously hydrated. The private-beta is live today! Most AI assistants can now generate impressive responses. Very few can actually move work forward. At Glean, we’ve been focused on a different question: what would it take for every employee to have an expert, agentic coworker that understands their business, their role, and their day—and can safely take action across it? Today we’re introducing the latest generation of Glean Assistant: a Work AI partner grounded in your enterprise context with new capabilities like: • Real-time voice, so people can talk to Assistant like a colleague. Get briefed on an account on the way to a meeting, ask follow-up questions, and line up next steps without touching a keyboard. • On-brand slide generation and in canvas, so teams can go from an idea and a few source docs to a polished, brand-aligned deck or message in minutes. • Agent sandboxes and 100+ enterprise actions, so Assistant can analyze large datasets and coordinate work across tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Google Calendar, Asana, and Canva—helping teams move directly from insight to execution, with guardrails in place. • Visible, editable personal graph and proactive agents, so every employee can see and control the context Assistant uses to plan their day, surface action items, and summarize what they accomplished each week. Customers are already seeing nearly two hours saved per employee per day because their teams can quickly surface the right information, generate what they need, and move work forward without breaking focus. We’ll be sharing what this looks like in practice at Glean:LIVE – Context in Action today at 10 AM PT. I’d love for you to join us. Watch here:

Today, Box is announcing major new AI agent capabilities to let customers tap into the full value of their unstructured data. First, we’re announcing all new updates to the Box AI Studio to make it even easier to build AI agents that tap into your enterprise content for any job function, business process, or industry specific use case. We are also expanding our set of foundational agents that customers will be able to use to work with their enterprise content, including new features like search and research on unstructured data. Next, we’re announcing Box Extract to enable customers to use AI agents seamlessly for complex data extraction from any type of document or content. This makes it easier than ever to pull out data from contracts, invoices, research data, marketing assets, medical charts, and more. Finally, we’re introducing Box Automate, a new workflow automation solution within Box that lets you deploy AI agents across enterprise content-centric workflows. With Box Automate, you can design your business process in a simple drag and drop builder and then drop in AI agents at any step in the process. This ensures agents execute tasks at the right steps in a workflow every time. Best of all, our AI agents and workflow tools are designed to work across any system our customers work within, whether it’s leveraging pre-built integrations, Box APIs, or the new Box MCP Server. Ultimately, all of these capabilities come together to transform how companies can work with their enterprise content. Software has historically only been good at automating work that deals with structured data, which is why ERP, CRM, and HR systems have been mainstays of enterprise software for so long. The data in these systems fits neatly into a database, and the workflows are very ripe for automation. But it turns out most of the work in the world deals with unstructured data. It’s ideating through research documents, working with a client on contracts, reviewing details for a new product launch, looking at a patient’s healthcare record to make a diagnosis, working through due diligence documents for an M&A deal, and so on. For the first time ever, we can begin to bring all new insights and automation to this work with AI agents. At Box, we’re incredibly excited to be on this journey to help customers transform how they work with their most important data.

WorkOS: The Enterprise Stack for the AI Era AI companies are just B2B SaaS with a new engine. They monetize like SaaS, sell like SaaS, and scale into the enterprise like SaaS. The difference is velocity. These new products grow so fast that the old playbook of “PLG for years, enterprise later” simply does not work anymore. PMF is no longer enough. Winning your market requires crossing the Enterprise Chasm almost immediately. Enterprise auth, provisioning, RBAC, compliance, billing, IT integrations. If you wait, someone else takes your market while you are still wiring SCIM. This is why WorkOS exists. We give developers the infrastructure they need to scale up-market on day one. Even if you have never touched WorkOS, you have already used it through products like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor and many others. Today we operate 81M+ enterprise user accounts, 67M API calls per day, and 38K+ connected enterprise environments. Modern AI tools already run through WorkOS. At ERC, we unveiled six major launches expanding that foundation for the AI era: • AuthKit for ChatGPT Apps: secure OAuth + MCP so developers can connect real enterprise data to 700M+ weekly ChatGPT users. • AuthKit for Platforms: embed full enterprise identity into frameworks like Supabase and Convex for zero-friction onboarding. • Stripe Usage Sync: actual per-seat billing with no glue code. Data stays consistent and invoices are always correct. • WorkOS Pipes: the fastest and most secure way to ship integrations (Salesforce, Slack, Intercom and more). • Agent-Ready API Keys: scoped, revocable keys designed for both developers and autonomous agents. • WorkOS Studio: vibe coding for the enterprise. A collaborative AI app builder with SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logs, workflows and third-party connectors built-in. Internal software at the speed of a prompt. AI has already changed how software gets created. The next shift is changing what software becomes. We are still “filming the play” like early cinema: using new technology to recreate old patterns. The opportunity ahead is to invent entirely new applications that only AI-native development makes possible. WorkOS is building the enterprise infrastructure that lets teams design the next era of software itself. Enterprise-ready AI is where the real acceleration happens. Let’s build that future together.
