European Parliament Our Open Letter to the European Parliament and the European Union On the Systematic Repression of Ugandans and the Theft of the 2026 Election Dear European Parliament, We write to you with urgency and deep concern over the continued violence, impunity, and democratic collapse in Uganda, particularly during the last two national election cycles. During these elections, the Uganda military and Uganda Police Force repeatedly turned their weapons against civilians. Ugandans were shot dead in the streets, arbitrarily arrested, tortured, jailed without trial, and forcibly disappeared. Peaceful assembly was criminalised. Journalists were beaten and silenced. Opposition supporters were and are still being hunted. Families were left grieving with no justice, no investigations, and no accountability. These were not isolated excesses. They were systematic, coordinated, and state-sanctioned acts of repression. What is especially alarming is the complete failure of Uganda’s political leadership National Resistance Movement - NRM to condemn these crimes. No senior government official has taken responsibility. Instead, several officials and security figures have publicly justified, dismissed, or even bragged about the killings like Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba recently did. This behaviour reflects a culture of total impunity and a belief that power places them above both domestic and international law. The situation reached its most critical point in the 2026 presidential election. The Ugandan people voted for change. Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi Wine won that election. However, the outcome was reversed through military deployment, lethal force, mass arrests, intimidation, media shutdowns, and the manipulation of electoral processes. The announced result by the Electoral Commission Uganda did not represent the will of the people—it represented the dominance of violence over the ballot. We therefore call on the European Parliament and the European Union not to legitimise Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni as the elected President of Uganda. Recognition without legitimacy undermines democracy not only in Uganda, but everywhere. It signals that elections can be stolen, citizens killed, and freedoms crushed without consequence—as long as power is maintained by force. The European Union cannot continue business as usual while Ugandans are brutalised by their own state. Continued engagement, funding, and security cooperation without accountability only strengthens the machinery of repression. We therefore call on the European Parliament and the European Union to take immediate and concrete action: • Publicly condemn the conduct of the Ugandan military and police during the recent elections. • Impose targeted sanctions, including travel bans and asset freezes, on officials and security commanders responsible for human rights violations. • Suspend military and security cooperation with Uganda until credible accountability and reforms are demonstrated. • Condition all EU financial assistance on measurable improvements in human rights, rule of law, and democratic freedoms. • Support independent international investigations into election-related killings, disappearances, and torture. The Ugandan people are not asking for sympathy. They are asking for justice, accountability, and solidarity. Silence emboldens abusers. Recognition without legitimacy rewards repression. The General Muhoozi thank you for your post, I want to ask the relationship between "Japanese warriors" and _homosexuality in Uganda". Are Japanese warriors wanting to come to Uganda and sodomize Ugandan young boys and men? What is the interest of Japanese in the promotion of homosexuality in Uganda? I thought that Japanese are interested in accessing our markets to sell Toyota, Nissan cars and their technology. I understand that they are actually facing a major shortage of people because they have not been reproducing. Apparently the Japanese young people are not having sex with sweet women. They seem to prefer sex with boys, toys and video games. And so there's a demographic winter driving a desperate need for reproduction to sustain their population. And so in light of this I don't understand why we must copy them. General this may mean that we also become like them leaving the love of sweet women and preferring sex toys and fellow men. And that is so baaaaad. Unfortunately we have people like Andrew M. Mwenda who has been campaigning for the legalization of homosexuality in Uganda. I bitterly opposed him and I wrote to you asking that you fire him from the position of communications director in Patriotic League. He was selling the LGBTQ agenda into PLA. I have also equally opposed the efforts BOBI WINE in trying to make friendships with homosexuals to bring their agenda here in Uganda. I personally think that it is Andrew Mwenda who has arranged those Japanese to come with their propaganda of diminishing the value of our sweet women. You record that recently at the passing of the Uganda and homosexuality Act 2023, reverend father Onen made the great statement saying "Madam speaker, for a man there is NOTHING as SWEET as a WOMAN!!". Instead of turning Uganda into a homosexualist sexually barren Japan, I suggest you get me all those Japanese warriors so that me and Simon Kaggwa Njala teach them how to perform the natural obligation. Our debate of "Why are you Geh" is now been translated into Chinese and Japanese. People all over the world are loving Uganda as True Warriors in resisting sodomy! True Warriors must love women not fellow men or young boys! that is confusion of the highest orda! You can see that now our boys are being turned into girls by selfish Pimps. Imagine if we didn't have the law how many would be sodomized and turned into transgender! Now that Donald J. I would like to see Olara Otunnu lose his bid for UN Secretary-General. Stay with me for a second. I don’t oppose Otunnu because he is Ugandan. I don’t oppose him because I hate Uganda. And certainly not because I cannot take pride in seeing a Ugandan aspire to one of the world’s most prestigious international positions. My objection is much more fundamental. I worry that Otunnu’s bid for the UN’s top job could become an opportunity to whitewash, sanitize or soften the record of the Museveni government a government whose decades in power have been accompanied by allegations of repression, political violence, abuses and impunity. And this is where Otunnu’s own record and relationship with Uganda matter. He has been in Uganda. He has seen what has happened. He knows the political reality. Yet, when confronted with the conduct of Museveni’s government and, increasingly, the political role of his son Muhoozi, Otunnu has too often appeared to retreat into the comfort of intellectual language, diplomatic semantics and carefully constructed platitudes. For me, that is not enough. You cannot aspire to become the world’s chief diplomat while avoiding the uncomfortable truths happening in your own backyard. Uganda does not need another international figure who can make authoritarianism sound respectable. It needs people willing to name abuse, confront impunity and defend democratic principles even when doing so is politically inconvenient. So yes, I would like to see Olara Otunnu lose this particular bid. Not because he is Ugandan. But because I believe the UN Secretary-General should be someone whose commitment to human rights and accountability is beyond political ambiguity including when the uncomfortable questions involve their own country. 100 Black men of Baton Rouge inducted 2 white elected officials this year, one is up for reelection against a Black man. Does that make them 98 Black men this year? I have a simple question for the community. Is it appropriate for a Black organization to admit a sitting white district attorney in the same year he’s being challenged by a Black member of that organization? If the DA has served 18 years without joining, why now did he join now? Does the timing matter? When we ask ourselves why it’s so hard for Black people to win parish-wide and statewide elections in Louisiana, I simply challenge you to look at the actions taking place in front of you today. We’ve lost too much as a people in the last few years for me not to get the business clear early. Some of us really believe in us. Play time is over. I described in detail what has been done to position Uganda’s coffee in the world market. I return to it because of yet another significant step has been to take Ugandan coffee to the market. If in Brussels we put our best foot forward, in 2027 we are going to show off in Kampala. At Speke Resort on Tuesday July 14th evening everyone who is anyone in the Ugandan coffee sector turned up for the launch of the 23rd African Fine Coffees Conference & Exhibition and the 4th African Coffee Week organised by the Coffee Production Department of MAAIF 🇺🇬 and African Fine Coffees Association. It will happen between February 17-19th and bring over 1000 international coffee players. Proverbially, the mountain is coming to Mohamed. This is validation of Uganda as a coffee origin on a grand scale. Why is this important? Because it builds on the recent positioning of Uganda by MAAIF as a reliable origin of high quality coffees and consistently significant quantities. We are now the largest African exporter making US$2.5 bn in the process. MAAIF has published the geographical profiles of the different coffees produced in Uganda. This is compelling market information. And now as a sector, we also have a national brand identity. It is a mark of quality. The plan, as Hon. Desire Muhooza , Agriculture State Minister explained her speech at the launch, is to reimagine Robusta Coffee which originates from Kibaale National Park in Western Uganda. It is a forest crop as distinct from Arabica which is referred to as a garden crop. Over 80% of our coffee production and exports is robusta. Until now, it has disappeared in other people’s coffees as a blender to improve their taste because it is a premium variety. But it was deliberately undersold to make it cheap. It is why it has never found its own identity in the consumer market. That will change. At the conference we will be talking about fine robusta and how to position it to final consumers. There is another reason why I have faith in the plans. The Chairman of AFCA is Jeremy Mpalampa AKA Jeremy Mpalampa one of the finest Ugandan minds in international coffee markets who runs Kyagalanyi Coffee, a leading exporter. The organising committee is headed by Kenneth Barigye, the man who recently sold a microlot of his mountain.harvest Rwenzori Arabica Coffee for a whopping $350 per kilo. A combined effort of these guys and the MAAIF Coffee Production & Development Dept team, it will work. Let me just finish by saying that our next challenge as coffee people will be to meet demand. The market is now aware of what we have. I am sure you know that inline there are many ways to get attention. You don’t have to do what your neighbour does, just do it your own authentic way. The key is to act and finally there is action in the right direction. Take heart.

The governorship elections in Kogi, Imo, and Bayelsa states are scheduled to take place this Saturday, the 11th day of November. These elections, which are classified as off-cycle, are the first set of polls to take place after the 2023 general elections in our country. Although there is a groundswell of dissatisfaction and resentment about how the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) walked back on the promise of transparency in the last general elections, but that shortcoming is not enough reason for us to give up on democracy. Despite our disappointments, I urge us all to derive wisdom in the immortal saying of former US President James Monroe that, "the best form of government is that which is most likely to prevent the greatest sum of evil." Our objective of defeating anti-democratic elements in our polity cannot be successful if we refuse to go out enmasse to cast our ballot on Election Day. And, that is why, I am appealing to the good people of Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi states to come out in large numbers this Saturday to vote for the candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party in those respective elections. In Bayelsa State, Governor Duoye Diri has given a good account of himself as a leader who is directly responsible to the people. His giant strides in the areas of infrastructure and social development speak volumes about how his government has been able to touch the lives of the people positively. In Kogi, Senator Dino Melaye has shown great capacity to stand on the side of the people and, by so doing, using every opportunity available to him to drive speedy development to his constituents. Electing him governor will afford him a bigger platform to do even more. In Imo State, too, Senator Samuel Nnaemeka Anyanwu has a rich profile of a political leader who is not only in touch with the grassroots but is committed to protecting the interests of his constituents. Senator Anyanwu is a political leader who I believe has what it takes to take Imo State to a higher pedestal in good governance. While our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party, has put forth visionary leaders whose main objective is to serve the people, it is a different story altogether with our main rival, the APC. In Kogi, Bayelsa, and Imo, candidates flying the flags of the APC are known to be stooges of some godfathers within or outside of those states. The elections this Saturday are absolutely about the people. It is absolutely not about any political godfather. That is why it is important for the people of Imo, Bayelsa, and Kogi state to come out in large numbers to vote for the PDP and to reject the APC that has brought us untold hardship and misery. These elections are more about the fortunes of the common people, and it is my firm belief that when the people vote and stand to protect their votes, democracy wins. Having the same community in a sensitive docket like Interior was the biggest blunder ever to happen to Kenya. Kenyans MUST be worried and really be concerned about the security of the country because the NIS Boss is in record to have said publicly that DANGEROUS CRIMINALS are in the country from the neighbouring countries like #Somalia #SouthSudan #Ethiopia and #Uganda. Why now and why is it happening ONLY under the current rogue regime? Why does this happen only when the CID and the NIS Bosses speak the same language and in fact the defence docket had Duale as well whom I believe still plays a role incognito under the lady in charge! Why did the President cancel the EXTRA VETTING of all entrants across the border? Are they being registered to stuff the ballots in 2027? Are we aware of the dangers of granting a criminal a nationality and to use them to legitimise a rogue regime? They will be weapons for hire who will commit crimes and cross the border to interfere with investigations. Hard times await Kenya and with an impending diplomatic row between Kenya and the US which has been playing a pivotal role in information and intelligence sharing, I guess the Country in totally headed to the valley of death. Telling the nation that there is huge infiltration of criminals in the country is deliberate and meant to inflict fear. What is ODM and Raila doing in the government if they can't even advise Ruto to kick Haji and Amin out of Office and replace them with competent Kenyans from different communities who can deal with insecurity with the deserving standards? This is very troubling statement because it comes from persons in charge of National Security. Is there disconnect between his Office and that of the the President? Who is "eating the monies meant for securing our borders"? Having the same community in a sensitive docket like Interior was the biggest blunder ever to happen to Kenya. Kenyans MUST be worried and really be concerned about the security of the country because the NIS Boss is in record to have said publicly that DANGEROUS CRIMINALS are in the country from the neighbouring countries like #Somalia #SouthSudan #Ethiopia and #Uganda. Why now and why is it happening ONLY under the current rogue regime? Why does this happen only when the CID and the NIS Bosses speak the same language and in fact the defence docket had Duale as well whom I believe still plays a role incognito under the lady in charge! Why did the President cancel the EXTRA VETTING of all entrants across the border? Are they being registered to stuff the ballots in 2027? Are we aware of the dangers of granting a criminal a nationality and to use them to legitimise a rogue regime? They will be weapons for hire who will commit crimes and cross the border to interfere with investigations. Hard times await Kenya and with an impending diplomatic row between Kenya and the US which has been playing a pivotal role in information and intelligence sharing, I guess the Country in totally headed to the valley of death. Telling the nation that there is huge infiltration of criminals in the country is deliberate and meant to inflict fear. What is ODM and Raila doing in the government if they can't even advise Ruto to kick Haji and Amin out of Office and replace them with competent Kenyans from different communities who can deal with insecurity with the deserving standards? This is very troubling statement because it comes from persons in charge of National Security. Is there disconnect between his Office and that of the the President? Who is "eating the monies meant for securing our borders"? Right now, it feels as if the Sentiment in PulseChain Ecosystem is at Max Pain....or Close to it. I have seen multiple posts and comments about people wanting to give up, and move to other things. Some from people who have been here a long time! I have been here striving with you all since last July and I have not really seen these types of Public displays until now. It is always the Darkest before the Dawn! This is the Year of the American Pro-Crypto Administration, and a New Era of Crypto Adoption, and the implications of that will resonate all over the world. This is the year of The Most Epic part of the Bullrun after the Bitcoin Halving. This is the Year for exposing the Dark, Hidden, Evil things of world power, and Truth piercing the veil ! During CV19, the Worlds biggest coordinated Psyop ever, when the world shut down, Crypto still had its time, and still shined bright. Red Candles always bring out the deepest Anxieties and Emotions within the crowd. A few weeks ago in December many were feeling on top of the world! What happened to that? The Psychological battle in your mind is at an All Time High, and the dreams you placed at the last Top have temporarily vanished, and you are left with a feeling of uncertainty. You either find out whats next for PulseChain, or you leave! I believe PulseChain is a statement toward Government Tyranny, Censorship, and a statement in Human Freedom against the New World Order. It is a Blockchain that has not been captured by Centralized Entities, VC's, Government Agencies, or any group that seeks to oppress humans. The Upside is absolutely WILD. I believe there is so much prosperity yet to be unleashed on this Chain, and i'm excited to be apart of it. It's a new frontier in Crypto, and I always call it the FREEDOM Chain ! It's All Much Worse Than I Thought The corporate media are all-in on government censorship Over the last three years, we have come to learn of the role that our own government officials have played in demanding censorship by social media platforms. Some of this censorship was overt, particularly as it related to COVID. However, some of it was also done in secrecy, as we discovered in the Twitter Files. Many of us thought that once we had uncovered the censorship, governments would be sufficiently embarrassed to stop doing it. And to some extent, that has been the case. But now, governments around the world are stepping up their efforts to demand more censorship. Last week, the Federal Bureau of Investigation quietly announced it had resumed its outreach to social media companies. Scotland’s Police could even investigate comedians under a new hate speech law if someone complains about a joke. Major media outlets are currently working with government-funded censorship activists at the University of Washington and Stanford Internet Observatory to demand greater censorship in the name of “saving Democracy.” Without a doubt, those of us who have uncovered censorship have had an impact. On “60 Minutes” last Sunday, the government-funded advocates of censorship at the University of Washington said they have stopped demanding censorship of social media platforms. Simply drawing awareness to who is demanding censorship and who is funding them has weakened their power. But governments, government-funded NGOs, and the news media have been relentless in their demands for a crackdown on speech they deem hateful and false. At the Supreme Court last week, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson expressed unironic concern that the First Amendment restricts the government’s ability to censor. And everyone from the New Yorker to the New York Times to NBC is suggesting that the only people who are worried about government censorship are Trump supporters, which is obviously false. The 60 Minutes segment was particularly shocking. Lesly Stahl never mentioned the mass censorship of accurate information about COVID’S origins, COVID vaccines, and lockdowns. She falsely suggested that shining a light on the censorship activists was tantamount to persecution. And she suggested that if the government didn’t do more to censor misinformation, Trump supporters would overthrow the government, which is a form of disinformation aimed at scaring people into giving up our first and most fundamental freedom. There are many reasons why they are doing this....
