Lately, before going to sleep, I’ve been tasking Fable with creating interactive visuals. Clicking on the image generates a new variation. Definitely not a masterpiece, but it’s interesting to see what it comes up with. And who knows maybe I’ll use some of them as inspo one day.

I am also exploring the use of algorithms for design, and the results so far have been quite good; a single click allows the algorithm to generate a wide variety of layouts and designs without the need to burn tokens.

I’ve been working on GTA6: Shenzhen Lite lately. Mainly using GPT-6 Astra for development, with some help from Fable 5.1. For assets like cars, tanks, and maid characters, I generate images with Image-2.5 first, then turn them into 3D models with Tripo AI. I’ve spent 100+ hours on it so far, and it’s turning out pretty well. I posted it on Douyin, Rednote, and Bilibili, and it blew up on all three. Last workout of the year! As the year comes to an end, I’ve been checking a few baselines to see where I’m at and plan the year ahead. Training’s been a bit inconsistent recently, but with a reduced playing schedule coming up it’ll allow me to train a bit harder and experiment with some things I’ve always wanted to try. It can sometimes get boring over the years if you’re doing similar things relentlessly, year on year. Now that I’ve got a bit more freedom, I’ll be taking advantage of that and adding some fun back in. I’ll be jumping back on the speed train soon too, as my clubhead speed has been down since breaking my ankle last year. I’ll be sharing some of that in the new year and seeing what I can get it back to.

Claude Fable 5 has been out for a day. I already one-shotted a voxel spaceship racer with it. I fed it a reference image of a track layout and told it to build a full game around that shape. Missiles, boost zones, 3 AI opponents, 3 laps, a HUD with speed and health. Fable 5 read the image, traced the track geometry, and built the entire thing. One prompt. This is what Mythos-class models do to the build cycle.
