This calls for not only celebration but a victory dance. Recall that these innocent citizens were illegally arrested by the overzealous Nigerian security Agents, in Anambra state on the 1st Day of December 2023, while on their way to participate in a burial ceremony; they were afterwards bundled and transported to Abuja, and subsequently charged on a frivolous and unfounded allegation of engaging in terrorism activities and meetings, in Charge No: FHC/ABJ/CR/8/2024. Hearing was fully conducted, as the prosecution fielded four witnesses in proof of their case. At the end of the prosecution’s case, we filed A No Case submission, for which the court ruled upon today. In a well considered, incisive, profound and erudite Judgment delivered this morning being the 29th day of November 2024, by an erudite Jurist- His Lordship, Hon . Justice J.K. Day 436 of documenting 0-1M Checkmate. For the last 436 days I publicly built this store online, X was mainly the daily notebook, but i also made several videos revealing nearly everything about this store without fully doxxing. We started with 1 product and finished with 37 as we crossed this finish line. It’s not the craziest numbers, but the i hope it shows people who are just starting out, the game of consistency. While documenting this publicly, it was the complete opposite of a straight line up. Many times we ran it up, thought we were in the clear, made mistakes, got reset back to virtually zero. In fact, we actually were set back to nearly zero twice and it’s all documented somewhere in the X posts. I could have easily faked revenue to say i got here earlier, I could have easily jumped on X only posting our best days, but that’s gay and what most people do. We did not miss a single post throughout building this store. Every single day we posted. The reason I used these photos/videos instead a regular ss is because this is the exact table & chair that I made my first $ online in. This broken chair, a broken table, and this laptop that would proceed to break in the process (have a new one now) but it felt like a more full circle moment This store was in the jewlery & fashion accessories niche. Margins were healthy due to low cogs, and it cash flowed nicely but were most likely going to move on from it. Have much better plans in place but was a sick ride. Over 23,000 total orders. This was ZERO to a million. 436 days without a single day missed of posting, which also means not a single day missed of work. Despite the internet turning into a world of fake weird shit, authentic shit still exists. Gonna start dropping some archives of all the shit I filmed behind the scenes that never got posted. Real 🅿️, put a milly up on the board publicly. 🧘‍♂️

🚨 Aurora Alert! 🚨 Hey everyone, a Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) from the Sun is heading our way, potentially sparking strong aurora displays tonight into tomorrow (Nov 7-8). NOAA predicts arrival of the CME around midnight UTC on Nov 7, but add +/- 7 hours for uncertainty. The CME we are concerned with specifically launched due to an M7.4 CME produced by AR 4274. In coronagraph imagery, a full halo eruption iswasclearly seen. This is how we know this particular eruption is coming at us. When it will hit and how strong it will be are not things we can predict until we see the shockwave detected by satellites close to Earth (ACE, DSCOVR at the L1 point). The forecast shows possible G3 storming, and there are multiple CMEs on the way besides the main arrival around midnight on Nov 7. There is also a coronal hole that may enhance and add additional complexity to the situation, affecting arrival times of the CME(s). Conditions need to align for the best-case scenario to play out. The CME needs to hit (most models have a high % chance of this happening, but you never know), and the Bz needs to be southward for some time for conditions to ramp up. The auroral ovals may expand to lower latitudes, and chasers above the 45th parallel may see auroras all night long. During substorms, the aurora "explodes" across the sky and becomes bright and tall. These explosive bursts push the northern lights higher in the sky, making them appear further equatorward. If you see the aurora on a webcam near you, it is out at your location, too. The Maine webcam in particular is great to get a "feel" for how aurora might shape up across the Lower 48. This app has a bit of a steeper learning curve compared to others, but it provides useful alerts for catching brief intensifications of aurora. I also like Norlys ( and Aurora Notice ( Webcams are probably the MOST helpful resources, though. I have a large list of cameras all around the world and the northern U.S. on my website: . If you see the aurora on a webcam near you, it is out at your location, too. The Maine webcam in particular is great to get a "feel" for how aurora might shape up across the Lower 48. I always have that one pulled up as sun sets on the east coast to see if aurora can immediately be seen on the northern horizon. Keep following for more updates on this event. China is not self-sufficient when it comes to economic demand. Its internal market is still maturing. Who feeds the Chinese people economically? The answer is: the world—especially the rich, Western world. China’s total foreign trade in 2024 hit 43.85 trillion yuan (~US$6 trillion), with exports accounting for 25.45 trillion yuan (~US$3.47 trillion). This figure is often downplayed by critics who claim “exports only represent around 18–30% of China’s GDP.” But such figures miss the structural importance of exports: they power the coastal provinces, which in turn power the entire nation. The bulk of China’s industrial and export muscle is concentrated in six coastal provinces: 1. Guangdong (~US$888 billion exports) 2. Zhejiang (~US$532 billion) 3. Jiangsu (~US$518 billion) 4. Shandong (~US$272 billion) 5. Shanghai (~US$255 billion) 6. Fujian (~US$167 billion) Together, these provinces account for the majority of China's exports. They are also home to China’s largest ports—Shenzhen, Shanghai, Ningbo, Qingdao—which function as lifelines for both imports and exports. Once war breaks out, these ports will shut down—either by enemy blockade, missile strikes, or insurance collapse. That means factories stop, logistics freeze, and tens of millions are thrown into unemployment. Some believe China can pivot to trade with the Global South—BRICS, Belt and Road nations, Africa, Latin America. It’s a comforting illusion. Here’s the problem: China mainly imports resources from the Global South—oil, gas, lithium, bauxite, copper, iron ore—not finished goods. It uses these to manufacture high-end products. But who consumes these products? The West. In 2024: Exports to the United States totaled 3.73 trillion yuan (approx. 514 billion USD) Exports to the European Union: 3.68 trillion yuan (approx. 508 billion USD) Exports to Japan and South Korea: over 1.5 trillion yuan combined (approx. 207 billion USD) - ASEAN nations were the top partner bloc, but much of this was processing trade with end-markets in the West This adds up to nearly half of China's total exports going to Western or high-income markets. These are the only markets with the income level and consumer appetite to absorb the full output of Chinese industry. Remove them from the equation—and the entire chain collapses. Here’s how a war, or even a serious blockade, would detonate the economy: 1. Western demand disappears 2. China stops exporting to Europe, the U.S., Japan, South Korea. 3. I wanna share a story from #wtrsfminSingapore, the 5th stop of his 2024 world tour. We all kinda knew he wasn't in a good condition that day, after the packed schedule, nonstop shows, long flights… It showed. He looked pale, drenched in sweat. But like he always does, he gave everything on stage. Once he stepped out, it was like his body forgot how tired it was, like being up there healed him, even just for a while. There were some cracks in his voice, and a few songs weren't performed. It was enough to tell he couldn't push much more and needed real rest. Still, he ended the show with an apology for "not giving his best." But honestly? We all felt the same, I believe. He gave more than enough. So much, it made us worry for him. And to make it even harder, before the show started, he'd already been through 1:1 VIP M&G. JARS lining up with different requests, all wanting our own little moment with him. He handled each one with care, warm, sincere joy. Because that's who Jae is. For him, it's never just about himself. It's always about us. This video was taken after the show, when we saw him heading to the restroom. He could've just walked away after that, no one would've blamed him. But instead, he looked at the crowd waiting and said with a gesture, "Come, let's make a line." Still smiling, still hugging each one. Even after everything. I cried. Some of us quietly left because it was just too hard to watch him push through when he was clearly on the edge. But Jae will always be Jae. Even the big, well-built security guards couldn't stop him from showing up for his fans. He's genuine. Everything he does comes from a place of love, not for attention, not to be praised, but because he truly cares. Even when he's hurting, he protects others from feeling that pain. Thank you, eaJ¹. I am sorry, but your understanding of supplements for hair and skin health is quite wrong. 1/ Multivitamins for health promotion is the biggest myth there is. A multivitamin a day improves health is a promotional gimmick from the wellness industry, health-illiterate influencers and poorly informed doctors. Daily multivitamins give you high-colored expensive urine and long term use increases risk of cancer. See here: 2/ Probiotics are sham treatments except in specific situations. See the WGO 2023 guidelines here: Its use is specific to: ➡️Prevention of antibiotic associated diarrhea. ➡️Shortening duration of acute infectious diarrhea in children by 1 day when given early during course of disease. ➡️Useful for treating "pouchitis" of inflammatory bowel disease. ➡️Reduction in risk of necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm babies. ➡️Using probiotics outside these indications is a waste of your money and time. 3/ Ginseng has no known benefits on the prevention or treatment of any disease condition known to humans. Many of the published randomized controlled trials on Asian ginseng may not be high-quality studies. Ginseng can also interact with your standard medicines and increase toxicity or reduce benefits. See here please: 4/ Omega-3 fatty acids. The only use identified from large quality studies and metanalysis is for treatment of high triglycerides and lowering of non-HDL lipid fractions. Please see this highest quality of evidence: Omega-3 does nothing as mentioned in the video. 5/ Collagen for wrinkles and fine lines, prevention of "aging" and improving "skin health" is actually a myth. Large metanalysis from 2021 showed improvement in skin elasticity and reduction in wrinkles. This one here: But, this metanalysis was done poorly. A rebuttal letter showed that conclusive benefits of collagen on skin health did not actually exist when reanalysed from proper statistical methodology - see here: Collagen will waste your money. 6/ Biotin for hair and nails. I am sorry to burst your bubble, because I know many of you are on this supplement, but it does not work. It is a waste of money. The American Academy of Dermatology Association states that biotin supplementation has no benefits on hair growth/loss or nail health. See here: Moreover, a recent review does not even mention biotin being useful in hair loss. See here: Instagram is full of these overgrown Amul-babies who have absolutely no idea about the science of healthcare or value the role of empirical evidence in advising healthcare options. Do not fall for such people or their garbage handles. And frankly, I think the guy in the video has just about average hair and skin. Not worthy of second-looks even with all that bottled stuff going in.
