Just re. The identity questions, you ask people if they're neurodiverse - we all are. The correct term is neurodivergent. Also, Asperger's is an outdated term and generally isn't used

So basically, regardless to people's health/disability & so forth, they are going to be forced into work whatever their circumstances are.
