Laws are not for the lawmakers. They have to be followed by the ordinary citizens only — Indian version of the democracy.

I am still confused about the rooftop carrier law. Different opinions by different MV Act experts. Some say it’s not part of section 52, but only illegal in some states due to RC violation. I’ll looking forward to put a carrier on my Thar but haven’t till date due to this confusion.
