And they still continued to demand to see her ID based on “she looks like her.” The Fourth Amendment requires more than a resemblance. It requires reasonable suspicion you are involved in a crime, or the law enforcement saw you commit a crime. If “you look like somebody” is enough to pull someone over, then there’s no meaningful limit left on who can be pulled over… which puts everyone in danger.
