They are both wrong. Once the police acted, they were supposed to start a fight with them. If they were touched you, they had to throw themselves on the ground and yell, “They attacked us.” There was one main person, who was in contact with the agent in Germany, he’d receive the money and distribute it to others. They received 5 million tomans, which is roughly ~$38 in one-dollar bills.
