@ProPelsTalk While I agree with Becky’s point, this would also mean no player is a leader unless their team is consistent. Teams sometimes are inconsistent for varies reasons. That doesn’t mean the leader(s) is letting ppl off the hook. According to this, LeBron isn’t a leader, Steph…

@IndianaFever @ChristieSides this is leadership. Who is the leader in the locker room not letting their teammates get away with missing easy layups, no passing the ball, no doing their job on defense. You need a strong vet for a leader and it's not Wheeler or Mitchell or Smith
