Leaning into your nature

There’s something here, it’s the idea that we need to become our authentic self, and also the ideas of integrating the shadow.

Gabriel Iglesias leans to his nature, dude is funny as fuq

“You just became a dull butter knife, your edge is toast” 😂

I respectfully disagree How do we know someone being a drug addict or fat is their authentic self And not a result of low confidence and little self-determination, bending to the pressure of the world around them Makes more sense to unlearn these habits and unfuck your mind and become the more capable fat guy You will be forgotten in history for just being a funny fat guy. And probably die 30 years earlier with 50% less success as a result of trying to lean into this edge

This is a extremely polarising concept in the sense that it can completely destroy someone or bring them to the top. Something to think about for sure

“Of course your edge can cut you” that’s why they call it an edge Extreme honesty. Greats are made this way but ppl forget greatness is never pretty

I thought this nigga didn't believe in chairs? I literally got rid of all my furniture because of this guy. Now I'm learning he's got nice upholstered chairs and rugs? I've been sleeping on my hardwood floor for a year?!?!? This dude is a fraud.

Patrice O'Neil funniest guy ever lived. Fat motherfucker. Dead at 40. Legend

I don't see how this applies to people with a destructive nature like serious drug addictions or laziness. Really successful people have to overcome that nature and be something better in order to succeed.
