Or Just use the correct drill bit. Also it appears that the screw is likely not intended for that anchor. Read the box for installation instructions

(Assuming this tweet is not just engangement farming...) If all you have is a hammer... Why no drill a hole that is actually big enough for the plug (or use a smaller plug) so that the plug can actually work as intendend?

This video doesn’t seem genuine. The hole seems shallow and doesn’t allow the plastic insert anchor to be driven in all the way. If the hole was the right diameter and deep enough, the anchor will go in with minimal effort.
