Consider starting a fund where you allocate a set amount for trading. You could be demo trading while working a 9 to 5, building a savings account to eventually trade live. Alternatively, you can trade with small position sizes to gradually build capital. Whichever route you choose, patience is key. It takes time, but it's worth it in the long run!

vs Zafina TRT stance moves - take 10f to cancel & block - for example, her 1,4 is -5 so she can block at 15f - can avoid low attack by TRT1+2 - most high & mid will whiff if she stays still - for guarantee punish you need to use mid attack that hit her in the stance, she can counter with power crush but it very slow so you can still block in time.

ARE 1 ON 0 WORKOUTS THE BEST WAY TO TRAIN? I moved away from 1 on 0 workouts a long time ago. They are great if the player has a specific technical need. It allows you to slow down and dive deep with the player. Other than that… multi player workouts are exponentially more productive and beneficial for the players. This allows them to still work on technical skill, but it allows you to put them in an environment where they have to read multiple players on the court- exactly how the game will be. Add in the fact that it forces players to compete and it’s a no brainer!

4 DAY SHOOTING RESET: Day 1 This 4 day reset aims to help players slow down and reinforce their shot. It’s really helpful for Great Shooters that love to be detailed, but also if you aren’t a great shooter to help you build your foundation. Day 1 is about finding our stance (load position) and feeling the sequencing of our shot. The Load Position is the foundation of our shot. A players understanding and feel for their stance is HUGE. Drill 1: Load Position Shooting - Find your stance and start in Load Position, take a breath, lift and shoot with normal pace. We look for straight lift and high follow through on this. Drill 2: 1 Foot Drops - this works on finding our base on the drop, and timing in to lift / shot. Drill 3: 1 Foot Drops w/ Dribble- Add in dribble to work on finding base, ball transfer to shooting hand, timing for shooting off the dribble. SCORING: ONLY COUNT CLEAN MAKES (Swish or hit rim once). For each drill, make 10 from 15’ and 10 from 3. Change Distance and Angle for each shot for variability.
