I love it how my 1996 Chevy doesn’t need to “learn” its own windows, yet new ones somehow forget what’s down and what’s up. My windows don’t have a computer, but new cars have one for each window. Seems like we had windows figured out in 20th century…

Why should you have to reprogram/relearn windows? Switch make motor go up, switch make motor go down. No need computer, just power juice.

Always google or YouTube your symptoms and there is usually some good natured soul who has a how to fix video.

With Auto Up/Down windows, they have to be reinitialized after loss of power, like a dead battery or disconnect. It's in the owner's manual.

First check and see if the child lock for the windows is on which is located on the driver side door above the floor down window buttons if the lock button is on the other three won’t go down you don’t need a five minute instruction check that first.

U can disconnect the battery and it will relearn also I believe. That is how my 4 runner would be after a new battery
