Surrendering to Christ is one of the hardest but best things you can do. It is not a one time thing but a daily practice that needs to be done.

The more you move towards something (when desperate), the more it moves away. Think of a pendulum. Create feelings of abundance and gratitude, and things will gravitate to you.

I’ve come to understand that is chaos. Trying to control everything will end in failure. You’ll find peace when you stop trying to control everything and accept what comes.

I can't agree with this approach any more. It is something I try to remind myself of everyday, and I have to remind myself everyday or I forget. Christianity isn't my thing but the precepts are solid.
