I had been told and believed for years that weight training would make me bulky, but after 10 years of doing weights with Ben Bruno, I have never been happier with my body than I am today. I do a little cardio now and lots of skiing in the winter, but otherwise it’s all weights, and I’m the leanest and strongest I’ve ever been. Ben annoys me to no end but the workouts work, so I was happy when he created an online workout program this past year because now I can do the routines without even seeing Ben. Whether you do his program or not, if you’re a woman and you are trying to lean out, I’m here to tell you to start lifting. It’s made a huge change in my body and I’m a strong as ever.

Warren Buffett shares what he would do if he had to start investing again w/ just $1 million Here was his valuable/timeless advice: "With just a million dollars, you could earn 50% a year... I don't know what the equivalent of Moody's manuals or anything would be now, but I would try and know everything about everything small, and I would find [opportunities]. But you have to be in love with the subject. You can't just be in love with the money. You've really got to just find [the opportunity]. People find other things in other fields because they love looking for them. A biologist looks for something because they want to find something. I don't know how the human brain works that much. I don't think anybody understands too well how the human brain works. But there's different people that just find it exciting to expand their knowledge in a given area. I've had the luck of meeting a lot of people that are unbelievably smart in their own arena and do some unbelievably dumb things in other areas. So all I know is the human brain is complicated. But it does its best when you find out what your brain is really suited for, and then you just pound the heII out of it from that point. And that's what I would be doing if I had a small amount of money and I wanted to make 50% a year. But I also wanted to just play the game. mornings I remember being woken up by an alarm at 4am for labouring safe to say I enjoy this a lot more now… but it gives me gratitude to be here In any case, even if you have to be awake for work, take just ten minutes out of your schedule for your self, your energy. Look at the sun, breathe in the electricity and visualise and be grateful for a fantastic day. How we begin our day has a follow on effect that enhances us, if we can begin with intention.

I can't believe I'm sharing this, but here is 13 year old Tom, vlogging on his youtube channel from his bedroom. This a video from a channel long since shut down, from the year of our lord 2010. None of it is my proudest work - but I got better as I got older. I learned skills and made friends, some of whom I still know to this day. Making these silly videos over time taught me so much about video editing, talking to cameras, and being effective on social media. I failed a lot before I got better. But I had the chance to try. I developed skills that have helped me enormously in adult life. Had I not been able to make silly videos on youtube - and get motivated/excited about thousands of people watching them - my subsequent life would have certainly looked very different. Some might argue that would have been for the better, but it would have certainly been for the more boring.

I think the show itself is better. I think there's something in this that allows me to like stay in my life while I'm doing it and therefore I think allows me to take care of myself better, which I think makes me better at doing the thing. It's not like I'm saying I'll never travel again, but I want to see what it looks like if you do it a different way. And you know, people in my band have like families now and kids and some aspect of that, too. It's really important to me that they're on the road that I would love to like have them and I don't want to make it like near impossible for them to be able to do that with me.”

‼️Last but not least, lets talk about Alex Rosen, the person responsible for boosting this LIE to his 400k followers because I exposed him for making a sexual explicit joke about R*PING 3 year old CHILD in a video ALEX recorded and uploaded to the internet!! Now he has been obsessed with me, questioning my identity all because of a decision HE decided to make. There is no defense for what he did, so I guess he felt it necessary to project his filth on to me, a completely anonymous user on this app who simply exposes people like him!

actor and idol jun 🥹 mingyu asked jun what he had been doing recently and Jun replied in Korean but when the interpreter was about to translate for him, he quickly stopped her and said “I’ll do it myself, thank you!” 😭 🐱 it would be better if I say this myself~ I can’t share too many details for now.. i stepped away and lived a different life (as an actor) for a while.. outside of this (idol) identity.. I hope (the project) will be able to meet everyone soon~ 👍
