If you're wondering why they don't use these in cars, it's because if you scale this up, the magnets would need to be huge and very strong, which is dangerous, heavy, and very costly Even if it was economical and safe to do so, the force vs distance curves aren't favorable for a smooth ride. Such a system either has: 1) Not enough travel OR 2) Not enough force
