The neighbor wants her to pick up his mail while he’s away and insists on paying her $100 a day to do it. He also insists that she enter his home and put the mail in a bin in his kitchen. He points out how if she wanted to bring her girlfriends over, that would be okay and that he stocked their fridge with nothing but beer. He also shows her the bedroom in case she wants to spend the night. The next door neighbor is giving the woman a hard time about building the fence near his garage. What makes his ridiculous is that his garage was built without a permit and part of it is on her property. When she confronted him about it, he admits he knows it’s her land and claims the previous owner told him he could do it. To me it seems like he’s trying to bully her into getting his own way, but shouldn’t she file a complaint with the city and have it surveyed so she can get her property back?
