This woman’s neighbor has a basic request but he raises so many red flags that his actual intention is questionable. His latest way to make money off of her is installing a pay system to charge her for the washer and dryer that he already had in the home at the time she signed the lease. I don’t get how he can include it on the lease but then charge her for using it.
