There’s so much more life in the original compared to the new one. There’s a lot more motion with how they glance around, move their heads, and dance in different positions, while in the new one they mostly just stare at you and dance stiffly.

At the very least they could've added Austin as the rescue ship driver in the animation they did as a nod to the fact he was in this episode, but nooo 😭

Now I realize why I felt this was unnerving, the OG had the characters not always facing the camera and blinking time to time. This new one, they're just starring into the camera with giant unblinking eyes.

They're already profitting off the dead of the original creator
