You’re one of the greatest chefs that simplifies any cooking method and it’s a bummer there’s not more humans out there like you, Chef Gruel ! One of one 👨‍🍳! I also had no idea you’ve been a guest on @stinchfield1776 show so many times. I may have to actually watch it now . 😂

These always taste a bit mushy to me. I prefer them the normal way, med-low heat, melt butter, stir and break apart. A little tip that has put my eggs over the top is a tsp of avacado oil with the butter.
