One UI 8's latest version, ZYES, is the smoothest version I've ever experienced, smoother than all previous versions of One UI 7 and One UI 8. I can confirm that it has optimized the App startup animation again, making it more natural, smoother, and non-linear. Please watch the video I recorded. And the most important thing is that ZYES responds too fast. Watch my video, when I click the icons of One UI 8 and One UI 7 at the same time, you can see that the response speed of ZYES on the left is much faster. You know, One UI 7 already performed very well, and One UI 8 is obviously better. This shocked me, and I hope Samsung will continue to maintain it. Of course, some people will have some problems with this version. I think this may be because the cumulative number of installations is too many. I suggest that friends who have problems go back to the ZYDA version of One UI 7, and then directly install YDA→YEQ, and then install YEQ→YER and YER→YES in sequence. This is what I did, and I haven't found any bugs so far. You can also try this.

This is the brand-new Android version of X that was force-updated on my phone just 5 minutes ago. The new UI and animations are now officially rolling out. So far, I think it looks pretty good. The overall experience feels more lively and modern. Also, there's no way to switch back to the old version anymore, which means this is the final public release rather than a test build. What do you think of the redesign?

I see a lot of negative feedback about Apple’s new UI updates. But you are missing the point. It’s not about glass effects or making every UI element transparent / shiny. It’s about liquidity, depth, and movement. UI that feels alive. We are entering a new era of interface design. What was once static, flat, and fixed is becoming dynamic, adaptive, dimensional. Flat design is over. And flat screens will be too. Sooner than you think. I think Apple’s new UI system is less about a visual update. It’s the first real step toward multimodal interfaces. Where components aren’t bound to a rigid screen but float, shift, and respond. They appear where you need them, and disappear where you don’t. It’s about removing unnecessary clutter and making human-computer interaction feel… well, more human. Just because we’ve spent the last decade staring at opaque UI components doesn’t mean it’s the optimal way to interact with computers. Sure, it’s not perfect, but it’s the first real step into a new era of UI. The future is screenless. And dynamic components are the new screens.

introducing a dictionary for ui things you can see but can't name made it because i'm primarily a designer, and my biggest resistance was always knowing what things are called when prompting my agents it learns as people use it: every search teaches the site new words, and the built-in pocket dictionary grows with it give it a try and let me know what you think can't find something? dm me and i'll add it i want this to be the lowest resistance resource you have you can just build things

This is a model for a simple chatbot: User → LLM → Response But interactive agents that render UI, pause for approvals, and ask users for input need a much more complex model. When building these agents, a response from the LLM will include a series of state changes as the agent runs: • Agent started a task • Agent called a tool • Agent updated its state • Agent streams these tokens • Agent is waiting on a human • Agent is resuming the task The Agent-User Interaction Protocol (AG-UI) treats the LLM response as a stream of events rather than a text endpoint. In practice, here is what you get as an agent runs: 1. Lifecycle events so your UI knows where the agent is. 2. Text messages that stream tokens. 3. Tool calls so your UI can prefill a form with any required arguments. 4. State updates that keep your UI in sync with the agent. 5. Special events for human approvals, rich media, and custom needs. All of these events travel over standard transports (SSE, WebSockets, or plain HTTP) as JSON.
