Indeed. But again, see. The delay of the background apps still remains. They aren't zooming out at all when opening an app. One UI 7 looks great. One UI 8 weird. Pls report 🙏

ONE UI Home update is playing a major part in the Lag. I simply cleared my cache from the recovery mode and cleared the One UI Home cache. This worked for me. The animations are now smoother.

What the skill does is uses the computer use capability of GPT-5.4 to look and navigate the UI. This never worked for me before, but with GPT-5.4 this is the first time I can actually see a massive difference. You can see how the first scene is much more coherent, higher fidelity and complete. The one below is missing a lot of elements and isn't as rich in detail. I'll keep using it for any UI work now.
