We were happy to extend this support to others who subsequently reached out seeking help for their livelihood. He doesn’t have to beg for a job like this. People change but our system and we treat them like they don’t deserve a second chance. The stigma is harsher than the sentence itself. If someone is working to feed their kids and rebuild their life, we should help them stand up again.
