#WATCH | Bhubaneswar, Odisha: State School and Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond says, "STs, SCs and OBCs had the right to reservation in medical, engineering and higher education. The past government could not do it. But our Mohan Majhi government has made arrangements for SEBC (Socially and Economically Backward Classes) and their reservation. The reservations have been increased to 22.5% for STs, and to 16.25% for SCs... The OBCs have been given a reservation of 11.25%. We will implement it from this year... "
