No way its a 2.7m Builders grade material used. Also that is a simple punch list. Also betting not seen final inspection from the governing authority as any inspector would catch the Duct and GFCI FAULTS. Built thousands of houses and commercials. There is always a punch-list.

That backyard tells me it’s not a $2.7 million home at all, neither does the stairwell, or that small bathroom. None of this is in the millions.

Shower is an issue. Other than that it’s all normal punch list stuff. Doesn’t matter how expensive the house is there will always be some minor issues. Builder will take care of all of this on his own dime.
