Dear Iltija Mufti, It’s important to remind ourselves and especially those who now claim moral high ground of the sequence of events that brought Jammu & Kashmir to where it stands today. Before your party, the @jkpdp , aligned with the @BJP4India , Article 370 was intact, 35-A remained unchallenged, and July 13th was rightfully observed as a state holiday a solemn tribute to the martyrs who laid the foundation of our political consciousness. The people of J&K still held a special constitutional status, and whatever disagreements existed, no government before yours compromised on that core identity. But then, PDP fully aware of BJP’s long-standing and public commitment to revoke Article 370chose to shake hands with them, calling it a “historic opportunity.” That decision didn’t just erode public trust it legitimized and empowered the very forces that ultimately dismantled J&K’s constitutional autonomy. Now, standing in the ruins of those political choices, it sounds disingenuous to lecture others, especially those regimes under which not a single provision of J&K’s special status was ever tampered with. Your criticism might carry more weight if it came with sincere introspection and accountability not just reactive outrage. History is not as forgetful as politics hopes it to be.

Which history are you talking about? That twisted distorted History of yours. Gone are the old happy days of jehadist propaganda. The sooner you accept the reality, the better for your psychic wellbeing.
