@foundmyfitness As a former ocean lifeguard, thank you for this. My work was decades ago, when the 'modern screens' forced out the classic zinc oxide, etc. Wound up with melanoma x 2 in the years that followed. Thankfully - all were caught early and excised. 'Newer' isn't always better.

@foundmyfitness Better yet wear good quality UPF clothing & a broad brimmed hat such as Tilley.

@foundmyfitness What are your thoughts on recent anecdotal claims that eliminating seed oils from diet reduces tendency for sunburn. I doubt there are any studies on this, and Im primarily curious about if you think there is any theoretical plausibility. Thanks in advance.

@foundmyfitness What about getting tan and not using sunscreen?

@foundmyfitness What about all of the unknown chemicals in the covd vaccine that you’d recommended everyone take?

@foundmyfitness “Don’t put those sunscreens ON your body, but you really need to inject that novel MRNA gene technology IN your body.” - Basically Rhonda Patrick We are still waiting for you to come clean.

@foundmyfitness I recall mineral based sunscreens were made less safe when manufacturing went to nano-particles. The tiny size could enter and “seed” the body.

@foundmyfitness "chemical" is probably not the best term. Everything is chemical.
