The glute!

How did you respond this fast? 🌚

More like you’re doing a sitted rdl But this particular one will focus more on your hamstrings

Yup

You gave a clue. You touched it right before standing up

You caught that😂🫵

Hamstring

hammies and glutes, just a machine version of RDLs

This is just a replica of the Stiff legged Deadlifts, just angled differently.

Hamstrings (mainly the long head of biceps femoris, semimembranosus & semitendinosus). Seated position puts them in a more stretched position than lying curls, which is why studies show better overall hamstring growth from this variation. Solid isolation work.

this does the same work as an SLDL

Hamstrings and maybe a little bit glutes.

Lower back, Hamstrings and glutes are involved

Posterior chain. Can hit hams, lower back and/or glutes.

It's literally replicating the sldl movement.

Hamstring and glutes primarily..

Hams and glutes

Glute but since its cómprense doesnt make the proper stimulation

Your lower back and entire core

That's the answer😂

Hamstrings glute una

Erectors

Posterior chain. Primarily glutes and hamstrings

Considering how much lumbar flexion is involved your back extensors are definitely going to be on fire. Definitely do see the seated RDL, but how is this more efficient than a standing RDL or any type of ham curl?

My execution here wasn’t the best and that means it’s an exercise i do not normally do

Low back

hamstrings

Sitting RDLs 😅

What part of my finances will this knowledge target

Glute

Is hamstring, lowerback

The calf and hamstring

Anus

Could be hammies, could be top glutes. Could be lower back. Could be all😂

I think lower back and a bit of the glutes. 🤔

Lower back and hammies.

Toes i think

Lower back is the primary muscle targeted

Erector spinae
