I’m calling it. The way they sold this to Trump is to give him a kickback of the $300 billion. Jared will fly in to play SimCity with Iran like he did with Gaza in 3… 2… REPORTER: "Who exactly is funding that $300 billion dollars?" JD VANCE: Oh, I see. So, so, just thing about this is there is a great desire from the Arab world and from outside the Arab world to actually get involved in Iran if they behave properly. So for example, let's say the United Arab Emirates who've been a great ally over the last, not just a few months, but over the last many years, let's say that they would like to invest in building a power plant. That actually is impossible right now because of the way that U.S. sanctions work. And so what we're saying is that if you behave and if the Emiratis themselves want to build a power plant, then we will do the sanctions relief necessary to make that possible. The good thing about that is that it actually creates integration, which is leverage. A world where the Gulf Coast Coalition has greater leverage into the Iranian economy is a world where the Iranians are going to be heavily prevented from misbehaving. So it's a lot of the Gulf Coast Coalition again. They see that Iran is weakened. They see there's an opportunity to build a new relationship there. And they're saying if they behave and if the United States is willing to allow this to happen, then absolutely we want to change our relationship with Iran.

I think what we've learned tonight, which is consistent with other shutdowns, you can keep the government shut down until someone sits on a runway for seven hours on their way home for a holiday. They get so pissed, they don't care if they're red or blue, and it hurts every politician. And that's exactly what happened in the last 48 hours. It wasn't anything else except the transit of America got shut down and people got pissed and they called in to the representation and said, "Hey, bozos, get back to Washington and turn this thing back on, you morons."

Massie: My amendment is simple. It strikes $3.3 billion of foreign aid to the country of Israel from the state department funding bill. We've got $39.4 trillion of debt. We've got needs at home, which include our infrastructure, our roads and bridges. We've got a shortfall in that fund. And we've got homeless veterans, and we're sending more money to Israel in this bill than we spend on homeless veterans in this country. Just to put it in perspective, there are 3000 counties in this country, and if you divide that into 3 billion, that's $1 million from every county. This is not a significant amount of money that is going overseas. So I think we should stop it. We should put them on a diet.

I think it goes back to the fact that they thought if we're going to be defining identity groups in this woke way, Jews obviously should be one of these victim groups, but they're waking up to the fact that Jews are not. Jews are in the minds of this woke ideology, just white people with a Jewish background. As a result, they're part of an oppressor class.
