Used to live pretty close to this. There was always vomit and blood around the flat, expensive sports cars, drug dealing, stabbings. Only Arabic names on the name cards. Horrible place.

I've driven pass this place many times and its giving dystopian relic. I finally drove in to see and was surprised that it is actually a really nice neighbourhood like every other Dutch areas, with the only difference that it high rise building. Its actually better than it looks
