We must correct the 2019 Texas hemp bill (HB 1325) and stop the assault of THC in Texas neighborhoods. 🫶🏽 We are proud of the overwhelming support for SB3 in both the House and Senate. We are commend Office of the Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, Sen. Charles Perry , and all the elected officials who truly understand the dangers of THC. We remain hopeful that Greg Abbott will recognize the costs of THC and listen to the families who have been impacted.
