We must correct the 2019 Texas hemp bill (HB 1325) and stop the assault of THC in Texas neighborhoods. 🫶🏽 We are proud of the overwhelming support for SB3 in both the House and Senate. We are commend Office of the Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick, Sen. Charles Perry , and all the elected officials who truly understand the dangers of THC. We remain hopeful that Greg Abbott will recognize the costs of THC and listen to the families who have been impacted. This video, the last in a series called "7 Islamist Networks in Texas" that Sam Westrop of Texas Public Policy Foundation and posted on Youtube and Facebook is chilling. (I do not know who the commentator is.) I hope that Aaron Reitz is investigating this illegal foreign operation in his jurisdiction. The problem we have with Texas enforcement is that the DAs in the three counties where these networks operate have no interest in enforcing Texas law (or Greg Abbott 's terrorist designation of the Muslim Brotherhood). To address the problem, Governor Abbott is pushing for state level prosecution of Texas law next session. My group, Texas Constitutional Enforcement, will be enthusiastically helping him.

NEW: Governor Greg Abbott says the construction pause in Big Bend National Park is a “consequence” of his conversation with Secretary Markwayne Mullin over the weekend where he committed to scrapping any barrier construction in the park—There was not going to be a 30 foot wall, but it sounds like they’re also going to do away with the vehicle barriers that were planned for the area. Governor Abbott says they can use technology and other resources to prevent illegal crossings. A lot of the clearing (now paused) is for patrol roads… It will be interesting to see if that scrap that part of the plan as well.
