No self respecting grandma would ever waste $15 worth of household products to cook 7 chicken nuggets.

You don’t need parchment paper. Just use pan. You don’t need foil either. Poor grease into a bowl, let it cool, place in fridge to solidify and then use a rubber spatula to scrap out into garbage.

Did your grandmother work for Reynolds Wrap?

What a waste of time and products. First the food is garbage, then to throw away the barely used oil with loads foil and paper towels. She needs to learn how to cook.

Nope. Not a grandma trick. You wasted parchment, you used 3-4 times as much foil as you needed, and wasted paper towels. Dude, grandma wouldn’t have made frozen chicken nuggets, she’d have made real chicken with bacon grease, and not thrown it away.

What a fire hazard this could be if the grease filled parchment paper catches fire from the gas burner.

So far U didn't save your dish still and to wash your pan You now made your food taste like parchment paper (plastics) You wasted a ton of foil for garbage (pop can or glass jar from pasta works effectively) Paper towels just why ualready wasted unnecessary $ on ur crap food

If your grandmother were the thrifty sort she'd let the oil cool, put some cheesecloth in a strainer and filter that oil into a jar to use again 😉👍

@GraceGym_ And what happens to the trash? How does that impact on our environment? That looks like a wasteful & destructive way to prepare food.

What happened to baked nuggies? 😁

You don't even have to use a cup. Just put the foil in the sink drain, pour it in, let it cool and throw away.

Did grandma have dementia?

My mum always kept a mug in the fridge for any used cooking oil/fat. It was always used to make the best roast potatoes, none of it was ever thrown away. I still do the same

There are much better ways to collect that grease after it’s used.

Available here 🛒👇

Or just pour the oil into the cup and re use it.

It's not necessary to deep fry dino bites , baking in oven is healthier, waste of oil, when ur done wth the oil u can use an old plastic container to dump it in, tin foil is expensive & not necessary

I put my used oil in an old jelly or salad dressing jar.

grandma showed you how to fry chicken nuggets?? must be one of them grandma's that's 40

Adding PFAS to your food is not for me. I’ll eat plastic free…

@GraceGym_ The Foil of that Quality is £20 roll in Costco UK . Put then in the airfyer or oven setting in a combo microwave

Those were already fried. you're just supposed to heat them up.

So wasteful. I highly doubt your grandmother taught you that. Grandmothers are wise! That right there is some tik tok kind of bullshit.

Sorry, but you granny was awful wasteful. Just empty the oil/grease in a used tin can. You have those laying around, doing nothing. Just pour into a can. I then take the can out to the compost and pour it on the compost. Wet garbage goes outside.

Oven paper is very poisonous

Tell your grandma to formulate a really useful life hack.

Nope, Grandmothers did not waste all the foil.

Get cussed out for using all that foil

I'm glad she's not my grandma

Hate to tell you it’s a lot of chemicals in that paper

Very wasteful idea , all for some deep fried processed food.

Yeah just use loads of aluminium foil and that's great 🫤

Nah. Foil is expensive. I’m not doing all that for Dino nuggets. I don’t like nuggets but I know they can be baked in the oven just fine.
