If someone move back to india in 2024 They’re going 30 years back . I can tell india is still 30 years behind US. Infrastructure wise too .

Still better than India atleast wha aapke tax payer ka paisa waste nahi jaata aapko wo return benefit hoke milta hi hai , yha India ke tarhe nahi ki tax payer money netao ki salary pension inke facilities ghar , flat ke liye chala jaaye

Did he tell you that in 2000$ EMI, the house is probably 3000 sq. ft with his own backyard, 2-3 car garage and probably a furnished basement too.

Not accurate ! With 100K $ package most people save at-least 2-3k even in tier 1 cities. No debate on standard of living.

Imagine the wife is also working (as is often the case). She can save $4-5k USD (since the husband already covers rent and utilities), plus the husband's $1k USD. That's around 4-5 lakhs INR saved per month. Additionally, consider the quality of life and clean air.
