That’s key! 3.Super finely chop a handful of fresh dill (you should yield about 2-3 tablespoons). 4.Squeeze juice out of one large lemon and add 1 freshly minced garlic clove. 5. Top it all off with 2 tablespoons of a good thick plain greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of a really GOOD olive oil, a couple pinches salt, pepper, and 1 to 2 tbsp of everything bagel seasoning.
