Worst Mother’s Day ever thanks to a United flight attendant being late to work on my first flight, creating an ALL DAY cascade of undue inconveniences. Diverted to Dallas because of Houston weather. Our pilot even said due to the delay we caught the weather. What now, United?

United gave me the WORST mother's day ever.Flight was delayed several times before finally being canceled leaving my husband and I stranded in Houston due to the lack of pilots, then "bad weather". So far I have missed 1 day of work and I'm expected to miss another day (unpaid)

In case you were thinking about using @united. Don’t. About 5 customer service employees trying to serve thousands of people with canceled flights in Houston. Hour 4 of waiting in line. Don’t book United. Let them got out of business.
