Getting limber for the day ahead. You never know what to prepare for in Footlandia! What are you anticipating today? What do you dread?

Babies are far more limber than adults. To facilitate the birthing process, they are born with nearly 100 more bones than adults - some made entirely of flexible cartilage. These later fuse and harden, which is why you probably can’t pull off this cool trick.

“It’s not that you can’t do deep squats because you’re old… it’s that you’re old because you don’t do deep squats.” 🤔 Can you hold a deep squat for 3 minutes? It’s easy when you’re young and limber… not so much when you’re over 40 with a collection of nagging injuries. And it’s extra hard if you’re tall like me. It’s called the anti-aging exercise for a reason—deep squats simultaneously build strength and range of motion in the feet, ankles, knees, hips, and back. If there’s one exercise you should every day this is it. (1/2)

Story time! 😭 I’m still shocked. Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na nabigyan ako ng ganitong opportunity to perform on stage with the hitman, Mr. David Foster. So pag akyat ko ng stage dapat mag soundcheck na ako for my spot, pero nagulat ako Sir David is playing the piano. So na pa “huh” ako then sabi niya all by myself give it a try daw. After iplay yung arrangement nung song sabi niya “do you want to perform this song tonight?” nasabi ko nalang “if it’s ok with you sir” biglang BOOOM ayun na ang nangyare 😭 Para akong nag audition talaga. Thank you Sir David Foster and to the whole team. #StellAtDavidandFriendsTour
