The question isn’t whether Lindsay was mentally ill—it’s whether she was incapable of knowing right from wrong or controlling her actions. Dr. Jhilam Biswas testified that evaluating Lindsay Clancy on Jan 26 was difficult because Lindsay was intubated, making it hard to establish orientation. Establishing orientation verifies if a patient knows who they are, where they are, the date, and why they are in the hospital. This evaluation happened less than 48 hours after Lindsay was found outside in the backyard. During this evaluation, Lindsay wrote down that she felt "horrified," followed by "do I have an attorney?", "is my body broken?", "are my legs straight?", and asked about visitors and her family. Dr. Biswas knew Lindsay was in severe pain, on pain medication, and facing spinal surgery. However, she was unaware Lindsay had coded the previous night, received massive blood transfusions, and had bilateral chest tubes draining 100–300 mL of blood. Was she aware that Lindsays propofol had to be increased because of breathing tube intolerance? Disorientation is a key sign of acute delirium, neurological impairment, or severe physiological stress. Letting a jury hear statements made when orientation could not be established—without clear clinical context—is deeply misleading.

This woman, Dr. Jennifer Tufts, had NEVER met Lindsay Clancy in person before August 7, 2026 (ALMOST 4 YEARS LATER) This woman, Dr. Jennifer Tufts was falsely advertising her “interests” as areas of expertise This woman, Dr. Jennifer Tufts has never used the “Edinburgh Scale” (which is a scale that rates levels of depressing and the severity of the symptoms) This woman, Dr. Jennifer Tufts picked and chose what to document in detail in her notes, other wise a good ol’ check of the box is a-okay for her This woman, Dr. Jennifer Tufts prescribes medicines and controlled substances to the mentally unwell in our society This woman, Dr. Jennifer Tufts claimed under oath that she “didn’t know why Lindsay came in to see her” This woman, Dr. Jennifer Tufts did her job, sure, TO THE BARE MINIMUM.. and for that she absolutely IS NEGLIGENT HERE! (even if she doesn’t believe so) aaaand it is OF MY OPINION, that she has some culpability in this case. SURE every medical professional has to start out somewhere, OBVIOUSLY, but maybe JUST MAYBE.. someone who did their schooling/residency through the covid era should have consulted with someone who was used to SEEING actual patients IN PERSON, when she decided to take Lindsay on as a client. Given she was so new, no ethical peer of hers would have turned down an opportunity to help and offer a consult atleast. The fact she has NEVER met Lindsay in person before last Friday is beyond scary to me.. Telehealth in general is scary to me! You absolutely cannot (I WILL DIE ON THIS HILL) properly diagnose or treat someone PRIMARILY or ENTIRELY over a screen visit, I am sorry, you just can’t! And if “telehealth” “through the television” (as KShred would say) is the future of Mental Healthcare, we are fucked!! I recently talked to Dr. Josef 🇺🇸 about this taboo question on American Thought Leaders 🇺🇸 with @JanJekielek. Here's what most people don't know about these drugs: “If you just look at the drug labels for Adderall and Ritalin, in the Warnings and Precautions, it already lists aggression and hostility. …If you look at SSRIs, it already lists there in the label that they increase the risk of suicidal behavior. It lists hostility, agitation and violence. If you look at Abilify, which is an anti-psychotic, homicidal ideation is already in there. …Time and time again, we've seen this go through the court system, and judges and juries have found that this has been involved. Perhaps the most well-known case of this was a case in Wyoming, and it involved a gentleman called Don Schell. He was an older man, and he had been exposed to Prozac in the past, an SSRI, and he had an agitated response to it, and they stopped it quickly. His next doctor, who did not know that he had that history in the past, gave him a drug called Paxil. …Within a week, he killed his wife, he killed his daughter, and he killed his granddaughter, and then he shot himself.
