So the nurses on the jury broke the rules?

How?

They went through the reports and described the different drugs and how they might interact. That's new information if the testimony didn't include it. They didn't read the testimony; they gave their thoughts.

@GogIvanka Opinions. They have their professional opinions. They were not vetted experts on the case. They could voice their opinion… but not inflict it on other jurors bc they “know better”. One of the wenches admitted the RNs tried to force others to accept their opinions

@GogIvanka I was an infantry soldier with hand-to-hand combat experience. If I were a juror and I spent time discussing the effort and time it takes to strangle a human and how they experienced it, would that be fair game?

@GogIvanka Discussing … not a cabal haranguing another to come to their prefab conclusion

@GogIvanka The alternates could hear them through the wall. Look, I surrender. You want women to be able to kill their kids. Post-birth abortion, whatever you want to call it. Nothing I say will make you not want her set free. When she rolls out, you'll celebrate. "We did it!"

@GogIvanka Meanwhile, she viciously killed three children. One by one. It takes over a minute to end their life that way. And they know Momma is doing something very, very wrong. Two of them could say something... if they didn't have a resistance band around their neck.

So the nurses on the jury weren’t supposed to reimagine the interpretation of the bloodwork. Told you so

Kellie was posting on Instagram. Kellie is also a nurse. Guess who else is a nurse? Deb Reddington.

Those instructions were not optional. The holdout juror did use his phone and, by his own spokesman’s account, Googled terms that had already been explained in court. That is the exact problem the judge was trying to prevent. A jury is supposed to decide from the evidence, not from a phone search mid-deliberation.

Yes, it’s clear, the judge instructed jurors not to use their phones to research the case. —The problem is the judge didn’t tell them not to use their phones at all during deliberations as required.

Yes and the other jurors were not allowed to testify and hold a toxicology semimar and claim expertise. No one was supposed to rule on social justice , womens rights and to send a message to womens heath care as they freely admitted . .

You’re so invested in this case it’s crazy. Treating a triple homicide of babies as if it’s a True Crime documentary and engagement bait.

It doesn’t say “don’t talk to anybody while you’re deliberating”. They weren’t allowed to talk about the case or look up evidence related to it. They WERE allowed to use their phones though.

But you get your panties bunched up because he got a definition . Which affected the other jurors in not one iota and would never be enough of a violation to derail..a verdict. It would have to be something that could reasonably affect the jury process. Degree matters in conduct

Read it again. It doesn’t say they can’t use a phone. Comprehension is hard.

Awesome, sounds like we should seize all their phones then.

Don't tell me he looked at his phone?

They were also sent home during deliberations and told not to read or watch it so everything in the deliberations were a mess. The judge should never have let them go home during deliberations.🙄

so what would have happened? a mis trial?

If he looked at his phone u must condone
