If you actually watched the trial Reddington never admitted to Lindsay remembering doing this. They had her arrest warrant before she even woke from a coma. The police & drs told her she did it without even a proper investigation just Patrick’s word. We need a new system period

If he said that, he needs to be disbarred immediately. HE is the one who produced the Stipulation where she herself stipulated — agreed — that she k**led her babies. She signed it. He chose to do that rather than defend it…cuz it was indefensible. He needs to be sanctioned too.

Why did Reddington fight so hard in court trying to prove she was psychotic at the time of the murders if she didn't commit the murders? And is he trying to say that Patrick may have murdered their children and attacked Lindsay?? Reddington has quite literally lost the plot.

I’m dubious about the appropriateness of these defense arguments. He seems to want to argue that the WEIGHT of the evidence was insufficient, but that’s not the standard at this stage. He may argue that the evidence was legally insufficient, but that’s a much higher standard and rarely successful. He also can’t argue, at this stage, that there’s more, or new, evidence to be considered that was not introduced at trial.
