Try: Pics 1, 2: Wool silk linen blends. These don't exactly look like tweed, but they play a similar role in a spring/ summer wardrobe as tweed in the colder months. If you don't like sheen, then try wool-linen, although that's harder to find. Pics 3, 4: Maison Hellard has a book called Carnet de Voyage. It's a pure linen fabric, but in colors and designs that feel very tweedy. Maison Hellard is the only company I've seen be able to nail this. Most patterned linens are ... questionable ... as linen doesn't have the nap found on woolen. Thus, patterns can be very vivid and untweed-like since the lines are visually hard.

Think before what you wear 🤔 Natural fabrics like linen (5,000 Hz), wool (1,000–5,000 Hz) and organic cotton (~100 Hz) are said to boost body frequency, energy, grounding and overall wellbeing.

If we can’t remove them, directly, how can we avoid microplastics? 1. Reduce plastic use—Avoid plastics in cosmetics, plastic cookware, bottles & single-use plastic. 2. Choose natural fibers—Cotton, linen, wool over synthetics like polyester. PREVENTION is key. Here’s more👇

I have slowly been replacing synthetic materials with natural fibers in my home. I started with bedding—linen sheets, sheepskin blankets, and wool pillows. You don’t realize how polluted your home is with hormone-disrupting junk until you start making changes. Natural fibers >
