The program aims to deploy the capital across Cardano’s DeFi ecosystem and lift TVL above $200 million. Cardano’s DeFi TVL currently stands near $68 million, leaving a sizable liquidity gap. The revised plan includes staggered fund releases, greater diversification and a 24 month monitoring period. The proposal passed with 73.04% of participating voting stake supporting the allocation. AlphaGrowth also cut its proposed marketing budget from $2.4 million to $648,720 following community feedback.
