Jooheon on the title track: 🐝 There was the rap part, and when we tried blending the style of the rap from the original guide into our own style, Changkyun and I both felt that the original guide’s rap style fit much better. After discussing it together, we came to that conclusion. Artistically and musically, we thought that was the right choice. 🐝 Up until now, we’ve always written the rap for the title tracks ourselves, but in the end, creating good music is the most important thing. So yes, this is the first time …I think it’s the first time the two of us didn’t write the rap.

Host: We saw the picture you and #LISA took together recently! Tell us about it—how did that happen? BB: Oh, that day was actually hilarious. We accidentally ran into each other! I was having dinner with my team when Lisa walked in and just went, BB: "Huh!?" Lisa "Huh!?" Host: What a crazy coincidence! BB: Exactly! And my first reaction was, "What is this!?" Host: Wait, the first thing you said to her after not seeing her for a while was, "What is this!?" BB: Yes! And after that, we decided to just merge our tables and eat together. That was pretty much it. Host: You genuinely didn't plan to meet up? BB: No, not at all. Host: So, what did you two talk about once you finally caught up after all that time? Pause. Pause and listen to Ryan explain how Body to Body was born. I was grinning the whole time. You can clearly see there’s a reason why once artists work with BTS, their whole perception about who they are changes. Just from watching this full interview, you can tell the kind of drive and mindset that comes from Ryan Tedder as an artist, as a producer, aligns very closely with who BTS are as artists and musicians and how they’ve always approached their work. There’s no ambiguity in their goals. And it’s not about making hits. But it’s about music that speaks to them. Music that then, also speaks to others. It’s enthralling to listen to. And it’s that misconception people have that skews first impressions. Until they meet BTS, dive deeper into their work, and realise oh shit. These guys are the real deal. They care about their music. About their fans. They care about what they say. They care about every single beat and lyric and flow. Not just putting a bunch of samples and words together. Ryan talks about that throughout this interview and it made me see why he was a part of Arirang the way he was. Incredible.

jackson saying this was very timely, as youngjae had just talked about the same thing in his interview, how GOT7 once felt unsure of their musical identity 👑 if you look at our map of releasing songs, the first year, the second year, our first album, second album, we tried everything. so, looking back, we were like, ah, we could have done better, like, if we had a branding. if we have a specific thing that we're going at, we should be consistent and... it's like, at the end of the day, it's all products, right? and you want to be, it's like walking into walmart or target. is this a shampoo or is this a body wash or is it a soap or is it a bath salt? we didn't have that. we were just trying a lot of stuff. we're like multivitamins. 👤 do you feel like that limits the group? 👑 no, i just felt like people, when, we always talk about it among members, like, we, when people think of us, specifically for music, what is the genre? or are we like a rubik's cube that we're just everything? but when you're everything, there's good and a bad side where, oh, we see different dynamics and various genres that they could digest and do, but what are they? i think this is one of the things that, I mean, it's not a negative thing that, it's not something that we regret, but it's something that we always talk about. we didn't have, like, a certain color or a tone or a feeling.

Since then, this movement has become something bigger than we ever imagined. Together, we’ve challenged sexism, changed conversations, influenced clubs, organisations and governing bodies, amplified thousands of voices, and created a community that continues to grow stronger every single day. It’s impossible to fit the true impact of the last five years into one video - but we hope this gives a glimpse of what we’ve built together. To every volunteer, ambassador, supporter, partner and member of our community: thank you. You have been part of history, and together we have helped change the world of sport for the better. 🫶 And whilst we’re proud of how far we’ve come… the job isn’t done yet.
