Fuck the soundtrack in this movie is so good, I appreciate its subtlety with how they slip the motifs in over how mario just took the songs from the games and mishmashed them together, it made the soundtrack feel way more focused

Some days I can’t even care about valid criticism, this movie is so scrumpdillyishious that it’s got me using words that not even exist

I just wish more of the actual LYRICS and THEMES got brought into the movie.

I have several variations of that song, instrumentals, covers, languages, high and low tones, and it keeps increasing 🎧

i also just noticed it when rewatching the movie just now dude live learn feels like it got separated into few segments for each ost, idk why they made that choice
