and the gentlemen don't appreciate the underlying technology and the flow of traffic from Starlink to the internet. Below is the path taken by Starlink and most of SADC's ISPs to the internet via NAPAfrica Teraco. Google, with Fidelity, invested 1 billion in SpaceX Starlink in 2015. Google also invested in the Google Equiano subsea cable and recently the Umoja cable. More than 90% of the traffic is served from Teraco Johannesburg thanks to NAPAfrica IXP. Starlink presents an opportunity to improve our Ground Infrastructure and IXPs, our local ISPs are peering at NAPAfrica, where Starlink is also peering. This is in line with the SADC Regional Indicative Strategic Development Plan (RISDP) 2020-2030. Starlink presents an opportunity for the SADC Digital Economy to grow. Well foreign ISPs don't need to become the sole ISPs if local ISPs chose to compete on pricing! There is no need for Liquid, ZOL, Tel-One, Utande and Co. to still be charging high, bring prices down and the masses will happily go local!

This is probably my stopping point right here, as I've been working on this for the last four to five hours, and the costs of spending more time on this are outweighing the benefits. The issue I'm running into now is that it doesn't seem to be agentic enough to be able to do stuff on its own that is meaningful, such as build apps generatively and take my feedback. I do think that the technology has a lot of promise, so I will check back in a couple weeks or months to try and pick up where I left off.
