As part of ongoing efforts to address these concerns, the Registrar, Prof. Segun Aina, PSA engaged with the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) NIMC to explore... areas of collaboration and ways to improve processes that affect candidates. This provides an opportunity to better understand the challenges around identity and profile information and explore practical ways to make the experience more seamless for the people we serve. The Registrar also engaged with one of the Board’s key service providers to review existing processes and identify opportunities to further strengthen service delivery. While we acknowledge service gaps, we are committed to actively listening, engaging the relevant stakeholders and working towards better solutions. @profsegunaina please create a system where name corrections made at JAMB Headquarters automatically reflect on a profile if their NIMC details are correct. Candidates shouldn’t have to secure admission or face unnecessary stress before correcting their names. Please make the process seamless.

@profsegunaina I have corrected the date of birth in my NIN and all my documents has same information except JAMB, please help

@profsegunaina Jamb please allow old candidate's profile without NIN to bind our NIN to our profile in order to solve basic discrepancy issues in Name And D.O.B. 2020 Candidates downward don't have NIN linked to their profile. There should be a portal for NIN linkage.

@profsegunaina Please make it so people affected with the profile can make use of the requiry to correct it or they should visit the cbt center, making the profile sync with nin automatically will cause a lot of confusions because people that does not need it will be affected as well

@profsegunaina We have so many identity codes in Nigeria e.g, Nin, voter's number, Bvn , birthday certificate number, etc. that should be enough to the institution to trust. Mistakes should be controlled but an opportunity to correct any should be made available and stress free.

@profsegunaina A very important issue for us there's a mistake on my nin which u have sworn an affidavit and I have been using it in all my activities. I used in registering for jamb without knowing that I can't correct it with my already sworn affidavit. So please figure out what to fix it.
