Yes. CBDCs would create a financial Panopticon where the gov't can track - and nullify - any transaction anyone makes. Total gov't economic control over the population. And if the gov't is woke, that means total gov't power to exclude the anti-woke from any transaction that the woke bureaucrats want to prevent. Including campaign donations to any anti-woke political candidates.

By implication, any NDC candidate that wins election in 2027 and decides to leave the party will forfeit the seat they won.
