Just for information, there is a foot over bridge a few meters ahead, but people still choose to cross the high way.

If jaywalkers on highway spot fined 5-10K, everyone would use foot over bridge. But from very next day we would be discussing how poor's blood being stucked. Also our infrastructure planning is very bad. Probably that was not constructed where it needed most.
