Chief Justice and her panel were elated by the delivery of Essinam who is two years at the BAR and had appeared before the apex Court in a matter Kwame Baffoe is challenging the payment of salaries to spouse of President and the Vice. The government and the Speaker are censoring content. We have been raising the issue of the restoration of statehood. We want the Home Minister to come to the House. Even on the Bills being presented, for example, the Bill to increase the number of Supreme Court judges by four, we wanted to have a discussion on the judiciary." She added, "As for what is being said today about the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, I was one of the lawyers who argued the case. The government assured the Supreme Court and the then Chief Justice that statehood would be restored. That assurance forms part of the Supreme Court's judgment and has been recorded by the Court. Chief justice John Roberts will go down in history as one of the worst racist chief judge of the Supreme Court we have had in 150 years since the dreaded Scott case of 1857. Every civil rights protection that come to the court he voted against it.. he’s basically given the right to thewhite supremacist, and Confederate states to take us back to the reconstruction.

The Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind has challenged the constitutional validity of the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025, in the Supreme Court, as this law is a direct attack on the country's constitution, which not only provides equal rights to its citizens but also grants them complete religious freedom. This bill is a dangerous conspiracy to strip Muslims of their religious freedom. Therefore, we have challenged the Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025, in the Supreme Court, and the state units of Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind will also challenge the constitutional validity of this law in the High Courts of their respective states. We are confident that just as the court has delivered justice in many cases, we will also get justice in this important and unconstitutional law. #WaqfBoardAmendmentBill
