For some reason it seems are Moslems increasingly have many occasions on which some custom necessitates the men taking over streets preventing the normal usage of others. They often seem to involve long periods of unpleasant chanting and wailing noises and banging outside people’s private houses and businesses. I think these reasons alone should highlight the incompatibility with the quiet enjoyment of life of the native population.
