Good content. Would appreciate more videos like this. Also can you do a video on what are main causes of fatty liver and how to get rid of it? Also is it true that only alcoholics had fatty liver about 50 years ago and nowadays even kids have it.

The reach of these so called doctors giving out these fancy remedies can never ever be matched because all of us all looking for short cuts. But really appreciate your bit. Surely will benefit, even it's a very small number.
